-

Collection
Honey in drums or IBCs is collected from our contracted beekeepers all around New Zealand. We have built strong relationship with a number of beekeepers over many years. We know securing good quality honey is most important in NZ’s honey market. We always try our best to secure as much honey possible to handle all our valuable customers’orders. Once honey is purchased, it is transported to the factory for processing. -

Melting
Honey in drums is melted in our warm room. (Around 40degrees Celsius inside our warm room) Once honey is melted, it goes into our honey mixing tank through the filter. After filing the tank, the blender inside the honey tank will stir it slowly with starter honey. -

Sampling
Once the honey is well stirred with starter honey, samples taken and sent to the laboratory to be analyzed for NPA, MG & DHA level to ensure it matches to our client’s orders. Upon request, we also have the samples tested for moisture, CFU, C4 and HMF for our export orders. -

Bottling
After confirming the test results, honey is bottled in honey jars through our latest bottling machine. -

Packaging
Once honey becomes perfect creamy form in curing room, they are sealed, cleaned, labelled, fitted into cartons. -

Curing
The bottled honey will be kept in a honey curing room for a few days. This process will make our honey nice and creamy after going crystallization process.
